This policy applies specifically to Memevibe for Android, provided by Suzhou Zhiqiao Information Technology Co., Ltd. The Android application ID is com.memes.memegenerator. It describes this product’s data handling; other apps and platform editions have their own policies.
1. Photos, text and saved memes
Memevibe processes the photos you select, captions you type, layout choices and saved work files to create static memes. The Android Photo Picker supplies only the media you select. Editing, rendering and the bundled text-recognition/magic-eraser feature run on your device. Your photos and captions are not sent to a cloud AI service for these editing operations.
Saving to the gallery writes an image to device media storage. Sharing a meme or exporting a sticker pack gives the selected output to the app you choose, including WhatsApp when selected.
2. Optional Google Drive connection
If you request Google Drive backup or restore, Memevibe uploads or downloads archives of your saved works, including their source assets, text and editing information. The operation transfers the selected library’s data to your own Google account.
Google authorization is used for this feature. The app uses the hidden application-data area of your own Google Drive, rather than requesting access to all your Drive files. Authorization credentials allow the requested transfer. We do not use Google user data for advertising.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. You can revoke access through Google Account connections. Cloud copies must be removed separately through the app’s available backup controls or Google Drive’s app-management controls; revoking access or uninstalling does not delete them.
3. Diagnostics, advertising and purchases
Firebase Analytics processes app interactions and technical information to help us understand use of this product. Firebase Crashlytics processes crash reports, installation identifiers and app/device information to diagnose failures. See Firebase privacy information.
The ad-supported edition uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). Advertising services may process IP-derived general location, identifiers, interactions and diagnostics for ads, measurement and fraud prevention. Where applicable, the app provides Google consent and advertising privacy choices. Android’s advertising settings also let you manage the advertising identifier. Advertising choices do not by themselves delete app content or control every diagnostic service.
Google Play Billing handles purchases and subscriptions. The app processes purchase status and tokens to activate, verify or restore paid access. Google handles payment details; we do not receive raw payment-card details. See the Google Privacy Policy.
4. Keeping and deleting your memes
You can delete saved works in Memevibe. Local deletion does not delete an image saved in the gallery, a sticker pack delivered to another app, or a copy backed up to Drive. Remove those copies separately. Uninstalling does not remove Drive backups.
The production edition uses Firebase for analytics and crash reporting. Manual diagnostic reports are designed to exclude image content, captions, work titles, file paths, URIs and purchase tokens. Test editions use separate collection settings.
5. Your choices, security and privacy rights
You can manage device permissions in system settings and choose which optional connections or exports to use. A denied permission may make its related feature unavailable. Data sent to service providers may be processed outside your country. We use reasonable safeguards for information we control; no storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
We do not sell your personal information. We disclose information as needed to provide the features above, follow your instructions, comply with law, protect rights or handle a business transfer with appropriate safeguards. Information we control is kept only for the purposes described here and applicable legal obligations. Provider-controlled records follow that provider’s retention and deletion processes.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of your personal information. Contact us for requests about data we control. We cannot directly remove files in your personal cloud account or copies held by a recipient.
6. Children and policy updates
This product is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required by local law. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us so we can address it. We may update this policy as the product changes and will show the revised date on this page.
